The new National Two South club have arranged to play Cleeve at first and second team level at Hyde Park on Saturday, August 14.
Taunton are likely to involve at least 50 players in these two matches, with the 2nd XV game kicking off at 1.00, and the first team match at 3.00.
The following Saturday, Taunton will be taking 25 players to play at Redruth, while a similar squad will turn out at some stage for a match at home to Llandaff (3.00). Taunton's second string also have a trial match at Wellington on Tuesday, August 24.
Taunton will conclude their build-up to the new season with a home game against Bridgwater and Albion at Hyde Park on Friday, August 27 (7.30).
Taunton have signed a total of 11 new players but, unfortunately, new player backs-coach Tony Yapp looks set to miss at least part of pre-season with an ankle injury. |
