Fisher wins golf championship at Minehead

JOHN Fisher has won Minehead and West Somerset Golf Club's championship for the second.

He won the singles title with rounds of 75 and 70, finishing ahead of last year's winner Warren Knight (74 and 74). Third was Gordon Walley with 154 (76 AND 78) and fourth young Michael Stent with 157 (79 and 78).
